Q. How old do I need to be to rent a vehicle?
A. All renters must be 21+ years for all standard vehicles, including trucks to 3.5 tonne. Drivers aged 21-24 have a higher excess in an event of an accident.Must have an open drivers license. [BACK TO TOP]

Q: Will a deposit be required upon hiring a vehicle?
A: An imprint of a valid credit card is required for ALL rentals. If hiring a commercial vehicle, trailor or scooter and using a Debit Card, a $300 Bond is taken from the supplied debit card upon rental of the truck. When the truck is returned in the same condition as it went out, the $300 Bond is REFUNDED. If hiring a car and using a Debit Card, a $250 Bond is taken from the supplied debit card upon rental of the car. When the car is returned in the same condition as it went out, the $250 Bond is REFUNDED. Cash bonds will be accepted as long as a debit card is supplied aswell. [BACK TO TOP]
Q: What time can I pick up trucks?
A: Trucks work on a 23 hour rental period. Pick up can be 8am- 8.30am. Return 7am-7.30am following day or pick up 4.30 pm with return 3.30pm the following day. We have an after hours 'key drop' if you want to return after hours. (Please note in this case, you remain responsible for vehicle though until we check it in the morning). [BACK TO TOP]

Q: Can we pick up our hire car from the airport or at our accommodation?
A: We offer Sunshine coast + Brisbane Airport services, as well as free pick up and drop off to local hotels, resorts and accommodation. [BACK TO TOP]
Q: How many kilometres allowance do I get?
A: With any commercial vehicle you receive150 free kilometres per day or 200 free kilometres per day for cars. Above that, the cost is 20c per kilometre. We do give unlimited local kilometres - conditions apply. [BACK TO TOP]
Q: How much is the insurance excess?
A: Cars (drivers OVER 25) - Standard excess leaves you liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, up to the amount of $2500
- Extra $15 per day lowers your excess to $380 in the event of a multi vehicle accident and up to $2500 in the event of a single vehicle accident.
- Extra $30 per day lowers your excess to $380 in the event of a multi vehicle OR single vehicle accident.
Cars (drivers UNDER 25) - Standard excess leaves you liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, up to the amount of $3500
- Extra $15 per day lowers your excess to $1000 in the event of a multi vehicle accident and up to $3500 in the event of a single vehicle accident.
- Extra $30 per day lowers your excess to $1000 in the event of a multi vehicle OR single vehicle accident.
Commercials (drivers OVER 25) - Standard excess leaves you liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, up to the amount of $3500
